Seminar about Practice of Intellectual Property Right in Europe and Germany Held in Jiangsu Province

Recently, Jiangsu IP Administration holds the Seminar about Practice of Intellectual Property Right in Europe and Germany and invites related experts in a German law firm of patent and trademark to introduce IP system in Germany and the experience in IPR protection. Zheng Xiaorong, Deputy Director of Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Huang Zhizhen, Deputy Director of Jiangsu IP Administration attend the seminar and deliver speeches.

Related experts from the German law firm of patent and trademark and Beijing Dowway & Partners give the keynote lectures at the seminar. They mainly introduce the litigation procedures and practices of patent infringement cases in Germany and Europe, the procedures and practices of patent application and protection in Germany and Europe, IPR protection and protection inside the big enterprises in Europe, the administration and operation modes of agencies in Europe and the IP problems of Chinese enterprises in Europe and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

More than 160 people including the members of the IPR joint conference of Jiangsu Government, some IPR administration departments in cities directly under the provincial government, IPR administration departments of large enterprises, IP agencies, heads of related universities and colleges and related leaders attend the lectures.
