Guangzhou Customs Stationed at the Guangzhou Fair for the First Time to Provide Services

The 15th Guangzhou Fair was held in Pazhou Exhibition Hall of Guangzhou. Guangzhou Customs stationed proper officers at the fair to answer the questions about customs business.

Guangzhou Fair 2007 covered an exhibition area of over 60,000 square meters and there were 3000 booths of the fair. This session of the fair had several characteristics as follows: First, there were 13 countries and regions including Britain, Sweden, Australia, the U.S.A, Russia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Macao joint in the fair, which was the most of the past years.

Second, the exhibits were in various brands and with high technology. There were not only domestic high-tech enterprises of IT, software, but also the outstanding enterprises of international cartoon brands from the U.S.A, Germany, Australia and Japan joint in the fair. Third, the fair gave prominence to the Exhibitions on Specialized Products and improved the level of internationalization of the exhibitions.

In Guangzhou Fair 2007, there were six Exhibitions on Specialized Products including Guangzhou (International) Agricultural Exhibition , Guangzhou International Fire Fighting and Security Exhibition (GIFSE2007) , 2007 Guangzhou International City Public Transport Exhibition , 2007 Guangzhou (International) Modern Logistics Exhibition , 2007 Guangzhou (International) Gifts, Toys & Crafts Show and 2007 Guangzhou International Cartoon Show and a Comprehensive Exhibition on Various Products -- Expo of the Famous and High-quality Products made in Guangzhou and Other Cities .

Guangzhou Customs has cooperated with the relevant governmental departments actively, and established the managerial mode of customs storage for exhibition to advance the development of the exhibition industry of Guangzhou.
