Guangzhou Customs Built a Customs Clearance Express Way 1000 Motor Vehicles Produced by Dongfeng Nissan Drove Abroad

On the afternoon of August 1, export of the first parcel of whole motor vehicles produced by Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company and opening ceremony of public bonded warehouse was held in Huadu District of Guangzhou city. It is known that this 1000 whole motor vehicles exported to Angola is one of the projects of China Government in aid of Africa, including 200 TIIDA(YIDA) motor vehicles and 800 TIIDA(QIDA) motor vehicles, total value reaching USD13,589,000. This export of Dongfeng Nissan was the first time that enterprises exported the whole motor vehicles in the style of processing trade in Guangzhou Customs territory as well as in Guangzhou city. Guangzhou Customs thought highly of this export and Huadu Customs House of Guangzhou Customs District founded a special working group to ensure efficient Customs formalities for the export of the whole motor vehicles.

On July 14, Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company of Dongfeng Motor Corporation inquired the related regulations and procedures about exporting the whole motor vehicles in the style of processing trade of Huadu Customs House and raised the request of going through Customs formalities as quickly as possible. Carrying out the working concept of Enterprise is the basis and logistics is the origin , Huadu Customs House went through the examining and approving and declaration formalities of processing trade for the enterprise through making detailed working plan and cooperating actively with Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and Customs Broker. Huadu Customs House mobilized every Customs officer to go through the Customs formalities for the enterprise, and under the guidance of functional authority division of Guangzhou Customs District, Huadu Customs House smoothly finished such early work as registration, examination and verification over contracts and papers and documents related to 1204 items of materials and guidance for filling in the declaration forms. Under the conditions of limited time and various procedures, Huadu Customs House handled the first handbook for exporting whole motor vehicles in the style of processing trade with high quality and efficiency on July 18 after surmounting such difficulties as numerous and complicated materials and various kinds of related commodities. On July 19, Huadu Customs House smoothly went through the import formalities for materials of 383 items of related commodities, building a Customs clearance Express Way for the 1000 whole motor vehicles successfully driving abroad.
