Customs Officers Donate Quilts and Clothing to Quake-hit Area (with photo)

As the winter is coming, officers of the General Administration of Customs of China took an active part in the donation initiated by the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and 4 other ministries to help quake-hit people pass the winter. By 15:00 in the afternoon of 16 October, Customs officers have donated 1726 pieces of clothing and quilts and RMB 15,100 (equivalent to US$ 2,220) in cash.
