Released Steller Sea Lion (with photo)

On July 14, Qingdao Customs District released quickly a Steller (or northern) Sea Lion worth 2.68 million Japanese Yen from Japan.

The Steller (or northern) sea lion (Eumetopias jubatus) inhabits the North Pacific Ocean and is the largest member of the family of Otariidae, or "eared seals." This is the first time that Qingdao Polar Ocean World has imported such kind of sea lion.
