The "Symposium on Making of Green Community in Changchun cum Award Presentation Ceremony for the second batch of "Green Communities" in Jilin Province" was held in Villa Marbella on 23 June 2006. Municipal leaders, district officials, property management staff, residents representatives, and various green activist etc had attended this important meeting.
In a conclusive speech made by Mr. Zhangjun, the head of the environmental protection body of Changchun government, the environmental work that assisted to beautify and remarkably enhance the community environment was assured. He also ascertained the contribution that Villa Marbella had made in making a green environment. Villa Marbella, developed by China Overseas Property, had won various recognitions including "2005 Ten Best Ideal Living Community in Changchun", Ministry of Construction s "China's Famous Property", "Ten Best Pioneering Green Community in Changchun" in Spring Real Estate Fair and 2006 "Green Community in Jilin Province".
