An overwhelming response was received at the public sale of Changchun's International Community held in Jilin on 31 May 2008. A total of 455 residential units were sold after the first-batch of 560 units were released, which realized a cumulative saleable area of 65,000 square metre. The daily turnover hit 320 million yuan, which broke the sale record in Changchun property market.
