101 million dollars contract dealt for Iran

On Nov. 2, a 101 million dollars contract was dealt in Beijing between CNR Changchun Railway Vehicle Co., Ltd. and China North Industries Group Corporation (CNGC) for supplying 119 metro cars and 30 double deck coaches for Iran. This is another largest contract after 217 metro projects in 1995.

The CNR president Cui Dianguo and CNGC president Zhang Guoqing presented the ceremony.

Deliveries of the completed 35 metro cars and 10 double deck coaches are scheduled for Oct. 2005. Other 84 metro cars and 20 double deck coaches will be assembled in CKD in Iran. The total supply will be finished in the first half of 2007.
