December 9 witnessed the third phase hot-loaded trial run and fourth phase foundation ceremony for Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. Xie Qihua, chairwoman and president of Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation, together with other investor representatives, pressed the button to start the hot-load trail run of the third phase project, thus putting the world class No. # 3 Rolling Mill into operation. Production capacity will be raised to 240 thousand tons from 160 thousand tons upon the completion of the third phase project; and it will reach 600 thousand tons following the completion of the fourth phase project.
