On 19th November 2010, Appraisal Meeting of assistance from national transport industry to post-disaster reconstruction in Aba Autonomous Prefecture is held in Sichuan province. Minister Xu Huaiyuan of Ministry of Transport of PRC and Shijun of secretary of the CP Committee of Aba Autonomous Prefecture participated in the meeting. In terms of the meeting, Liu Haiyong from CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zhang Henliang from CCCC First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. were awarded as Advanced Individual in assistance to post-disaster reconstruction in Aba Autonomous Prefecture.
