BEIJING - China's electric power consumption in July reached 389.6 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh), up 13.94 percent year-on-year, the National Energy Administration (NEA) announced Saturday.The amount was 10.68 percent more than that in June, a statement on the NEA website said.
