China is on course to attract a record $100 billion in foreign direct investment (FDI) this year, the commerce ministry said Wednesday. The nation attracted $91.7 billion in foreign direct investment in the first 11 months of 2010, nearly 18 percent more than in the same period of 2009, the ministry said.
