Bilateral trade between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) jumped 42 percent year-on-year to $235.4 billion for the first 10 months this year, the Ministry of Commerce said on Wednesday.
China is running a deficit of $13.2 billion against members of ASEAN, and the country's outbound direct investment in ASEAN member states has exceeded $10 billion for the 10-month period, according to the ministry.
