The Ministry of Culture held a plate-conferring ceremony for the third batch of national cultural demonstration (experimental) parks in Beijing, capital of China, on the afternoon of February 28th.
At the ceremony, Changsha Tianxin Industrial Park of Culture was titled as a national cultural experimental park, the first of its kind among China s five central south provinces, which are Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, Guizhou, and Jiangxi.
Changsha Tianxin Industrial Park of Culture will give priority to the performance and entertainment, film and media, cultural tourism, cultural exhibition, publishing, and creative design. By 2015, the park will strive to achieve a total output value of 30 billion yuan in cultural industry and industrial added-value of 10 billion yuan, ushering in a new age for Hunan s cultural industry.
