Jinan: to build up a new western city taking Jinan West Station as its core

On February 9, Jinan Municipal Government announced the construction scheme for supporting facilities project
For Jinan West Railway Station Area, and would open this scheme to the public for ten days. According to the scheme,
a 1km-long viaduct will be built in front of the West Station, and a Station Square, two-layer underground facilities as well as an underpass for passengers will be built at the same time.
