Recently, Jinan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcast, and Press held a symposium themed at emancipating minds and enhancing state . This meeting proposed new ideas and requirements upon the new situations and tasks after the merger of the three Bureaus (Jinan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Jinan Municipal Bureau of Broadcast and Jinan Municipal Bureau of Press and Publication), especially the preparation of China's First Intangible Cultural Heritage Fair and the 10th China Art Festival (2013), and the construction of Jinan Cultural Center.
The meeting also required people to focus on studying laws and regulations about cultural market while strengthening the party's theoretical study. Based on profound discussion, representatives of all branches integrated the scientific theory of emancipating minds and enhancing state with their detailed work by starting from the realistic situation.
