After 14 bridges being constructed in the First Phase Project, the Second Phase Project of the Xiaoqing River under construction will build 11 bridges on the riverway between Jiluo Road and Jingfu Expressway. Now 11 bridges have begun to be constructed. Except for Huanggang Bridge and Jiluo Road Bridge, the other 9 bridges will be strived to be finished and opened to public till the National Day.
It is learned from the head office of the Xiaoqing River Comprehensive Renovation Project, the 11 bridges of the Second Phase Project will be constructed according to the overall idea of one bridge, one landscape in the First Phase Project to show the historical and cultural characteristics of the Xiaoqing River and enhance its landscape quality.
Currently, the design plan for the 11 bridges of the Second Phase Project has been decided.
The 11 bridges will be designed and constructed in high standard according to requirements of one bridge, one landscape . After the bridges are completed, the traffic load on both sides of the Xiaqing River will be greatly released. Bridges with historical cultural deposits and different shapes will become unique landscape along the Xiaoqing River.
