Lin Chunyang, a civilian of Longhui town, Nankang city, learns computer free of charge to improve skills in Nankang Farmers College. And Liu Xiaoqiong from Dongshan Neighborhood Office of Nankang city wants to master a technology for a better job. They become schoolmates in the farmers' college. At present, over 60,000 migrant workers from all townships of Nankang get together to be schoolmates. They learn technologies free of charge to get vocational qualifications and employment.
