Gulangyu building code revised

Imminent building regulations by the Gulangyu Heritage Protection and Management office will stipulate a unified set of colors for buildings on the island, according to Ye Xizhi, the deputy director of the Gulangyu Island Management Committee. The regulations will cover all reconstruction, renovation and maintenance of Gulangyu buildings.
