CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing-Changsha Passenger Line will start construction in 2011, which is the second passenger railway of Chongqing following Chongqing-Chengdu Passenger Line.
Chongqing-Changsha Railway will be constructed in 3 phases, including Chongqing-Qianjian section, Qianjiang-Zhangjiajie-Changde section and Changde-Changsha section, according to Chongqing Development and Reform Commission.
