China Central Television (CCTV) will broadcast a special 5 part documentary for Sichuan on the well-known TV program Travel Throughout China on CCTV 4. The first episode is about Emei Mountain and each part lasts for 30 minutes. The first part will be broadcast on Dec.8th at 19:15, and re-aired the next day at 5:05 and at 13:30. Cuisine from Emei Mountain will be an important part of the show. The general director Mr. Ma Weiping said that this is the first time for Travel Throughout China has shot a tourism documentary in Sichuan.
