The photo taken on August 18 shows Gan County's project of biogas power generation under construction. The total investment of the project is 50.92 million yuan. It is estimated that the project will be put into operation by the end of September this year. After completion and commissioning, it will generate electricity of 14.4 million kwh, reduce carbon dioxide emission of 58,800 tons and save standard coal of 18,300 tons (after waste heat utilization) and produce organic fertilizer of 56,000 tons in a year.
