Yesterday, workers of Pavement Reconstruction Project were asphalting the Yuexi Road. According to the principal of Construction Bureau, too pave with bituminous concrete on old cement pavement could improve the usage function of pavement with the advantage such as short construction stage and less influence on traffic and environment.
