October 15th was International Day of the Blind . Disabled Federation of Shaoxing Yuecheng District organized 20 blind men to go to Shaoxing Library to transact library tickets for blind men for free. They read Braille books in the reading room for the blind and visually impaired, and surf the internet by computer facilities for the visually impaired.
