The Chinese version of African Light, a new book of Jean Ping, President of African Union Commission (AU) was firstly released in Wenzhou on November 3rd.
Jean Ping was born in 1942 in Ogoou -Maritime Province, Gabon. The ancestral homeland of his father Cheng Zhiping is Yitou village, Linjiang town (now referred to as Linjiang town of Lucheng district), Yongjia county. African Light is a 3-volume masterpiece of Jean Ping. By virtue of 40 years political and international diplomatic experience and from a global vision in combination with strategic thinking, he pierced the present global situation, analyzed perspicaciously and studied intensively the past, present and future of Africa and meanwhile made a prediction of the global trend.
