On the morning of November 4, Zhao Hongzhu, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee as well as Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People s Congress met Norris, CEO of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Zhao Hongzhu expressed his cordial welcome to Norris visit. He said the Commonwealth Bank of Australia is the biggest and most famous bank in Australia, and Zhejiang Province has conducted frequent exchanges with Australia in shipping, minerals, trade and humanities, laying solid foundation for bilateral exchange and cooperation in finance. Since the start of cooperation between Hangzhou Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia five years ago, the two sides have conducted smoothly multi-dimensional and multi-level cooperation in such fields as skills transfer, business cooperation and personnel exchange.
