Vice Governor Gong Zheng met Nadir Patel, Consulate General of Canada in Shanghai and his delegation in Hangzhou on December 2.
Mr. Nadir Patel, Consulate General of Canada in Shanghai and his delegation were in Hangzhou to attend the opening ceremony of Canada-Zhejiang Software Cooperation and Exchange Conference . Gong Zheng extended welcome to the guests and briefed them on Zhejiang s recent economic and social development.
He said that Zhejiang has had fruitful cooperation with Canada in fields including economy & trade, investment, education, culture and so on and he believed that the Consulate General s visit would help enhance the exchange and cooperation in various fields, promote the implementation of the projects under negotiation, and further promote the friendly relations between both sides.
