The Second Session of the Fourth China Council for the Promotion of the International Trade (CCPIT) Zhejiang and Zhejiang Chamber of International Commerce was held in Hangzhou in the afternoon of Dec.7.
Confronted with the impact of the international financial crisis, CCPIT Zhejiang and Zhejiang Chamber of International Commerce have constantly strengthened the work of international trade and the promotion of international investment cooperation, and have encouraged the sustained development of trade exchange and friendly intercourse between Zhejiang Province and all the nations and regions in the world. Over the past two years, the provincial organizations of the promotion of the international trade have organized 13000 enterprises to go abroad to participate in exhibitions for 1800 times, with more than 5 billion dollars of transactions completed on the spot, and have become one of the first batch of 8 sub-councils of CCPIT to take part in the pilot project of CCPIT System Business Cooperation Mechanism determined by CCPIT.
