China-Japan-Korea Transport and Logistics Development Forum was held in Hangzhou from Dec. 2 to Dec. 3 2010. Weng Mengyong, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, Wang Jianman, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province attended the forum and delivered a speech respectively.
On the opening ceremony of the forum, Ju Chengzhi, Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, Someya Takaiti, Deputy Minister for Technical Affairs of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan, Kim Han young, Director General for Logistics Policy, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs of Korea co-signed the Memorandum of Cooperation of Logistics Information Service Network of Northeast Asia, which announced the official establishment of Northeast Asia Logistics Information Service Network (NEAL-NET), along with the website opening ceremony.
The Council members of NEAL-NET met the first time at the end of the forum.
During the forum session, the representatives of the meeting visited the Chinese Operation Center of LOGINK (Zhejiang E-Logistics Hubs).
