Thanks to the joint efforts from Taobao.com, the largest online retail website in China and local government, Taobao Hangzhou Net Business Pioneer Park, the first of its kind in China, opened officially in Jianggan District in Hangzhou on December, 16th. Businessmen dealing on Taobao.com, e-commerce service providers as well as independent software vendors providing applications to Taobao Open Platform (TOP) are welcome to develop their business in the Park.
And it is hoped that the advantage born out of the cooperation between Taobao.com and the Pioneer Park will lead to the formation of a business circle of e-commerce and service in Jianggan District.
