It was learned from the press conference of the Provincial Government on 30, December that Zhejiang was the first province that had released Public Weather Service White Book in China. The conference was hosted by Yang Rongyao, deputy director of Information Office of the Provincial Government. Miao Changming, deputy director of the Provincial Meteorological Bureau, released the Book.
The White Book is like a navigation map of weather service. The public can find the relevant weather service such as weather forecast for agriculture, weather forecast for oceans, weather forecast for fish farms and weather forecast for transportation according to their own needs.
