2010 Forum on Overseas Tsinghua Alumni s Visit to Zhejiang was held in Hangzhou on the afternoon of December 22.
In his address, Zhao Hongzhu, Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People s Congress acknowledged Tsinghua University for the concern and support for the reform and development in Zhejiang on behalf of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Zhejiang Provincial Government, and expressed the hopes that overseas high-level personnel realize their intellectual potential to the fullest, embark on their careers, and fulfill their aspirations of serving the country.
Zhejiang Province will spare no effort to create optimum conditions for their entrepreneurship and innovation in the home country.
Representatives of Tsinghua Alumni and a principal of Juhua Group Corporation, the cooperative enterprise, addressed the forum. An official from the Science and Technology Bureau of Zhejiang Province profiled the activities for Overseas Tsinghua Alumni s Visit to Zhejiang. A batch of cooperative projects was also signed at the forum.
