On February 16th, Lu Shiyu, the fifth son of Lu Gongwang, a revolutionist in the Revolution of 1911, donated many precious files about the Revolution to Zhejiang Provincial Archives, including combined manuscripts of The Record of the Recovery of Zhejiang during the Revolution of 1911 , the Record of Zhejiang Army s Seizure of Nanjing during the Revolution , the memorial journal dedicated to Qiu Jin s martyrdom printed by Lu Gongwang, as well as group photos of Sun Yat-sen with Lu Gongwang at the Gengshanmen Railway Station in Hangzhou, at Governor s Office in Meihuabei, and at Zhijiang University.
These donations add precious and original files to the recollection of the Memories of Zhejiang . The donation ceremony was held by Zhejiang Archives in Hangzhou.
