According to the press conference on the introduction of high-level overseas talents into Zhejiang Province held by the International Communication Office of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, hundreds of privately-run enterprises, key state-owned enterprises, higher learning institutions, research institutes, development zones and overseas Chinese scholar pioneering parks in our province will head for such American cities with large crowds of high-level talents as Silicon Valley and New York to recruit much-needed talents.
Mr. Yao Zhiwen, deputy head and spokesman of the Organization Department of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and head of the office of the talents work leading team of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, revealed the 10-year plan for talents recruitment. 1,000 high-level talents will be introduced into Zhejiang Province with financial aids and 160 will be recruited this year alone.
With a residence permit, these high-level talents will be entitled to citizen treatment in housing purchase and children s education, etc.
