The 4th Session of the 11th CPPCC concluded on the morning of March 13th at the Great Hall of the People after the completion of the agenda. The Conference urged the PPC organizations at various levels to rally closely around the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China led by General Secretary Hu Jingtao, hold high the "great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics , follow the guidance of the Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Thought of Three Represents, thoroughly apply Scientific Outlook on Development , work together to seek common development with uplifting and enterprising spirit and pragmatic working attitude, and strive to achieve the target set for the 12th five-year plan period and successfully build a moderately well-to-do society in an all-round way.
