After Liangzhu Culture was introduced to primary and secondary school textbooks, Liangzhu jade objects received a national business card . The special stamp set of Liangzhu Jade Objects was issued on March 8th, together with the first jade stamp in China.
The special stamp set of Liangzhu Jade Objects issued by China Post Group is known to contain two stamps (number: 2011-4). Their patterns originate from two most typical Liangzhu jade objects --- jade cong and jade bi. Each stamp is worth 1.2 RMB.
The jade stamp issued in China for the first time is made of Hsiuyen jade, and has the same size, shape and design as ordinary stamps. However, its price is much higher. A set of jade stamps cost 360 RMB, and only 10,000 sets are issued.
