Based on the Yiwu international trade comprehensive reform pilot scheme approved by the State Council, the provincial National Development and Reform Commission and Yiwu Municipal Government have jointly specified the key content and the division of responsibilities for the three-year reformation. Through three years of efforts, it is expected that a new trade mode of market purchase will be established, along with a policy back-up system facilitating trade; that the five platforms, namely exhibition and transaction, transportation and logistics, industry upgrading, inter-regional cooperation and public service, will be constructed tentatively, with an aim at a new advantage in coordinating the development in export, import, entrepot trade and service trade; that an administrative service system adaptable to the developmental needs of international trade will be set up, with good institutional environment and policy guarantee, laying down a solid system foundation for speeding up the transformation of foreign trade development modes.
