Hangzhou-Taiwan Cultural and Creative Industry Exchange Meeting Held in Taipei

Basking in the warmth of March in Taipei, the delegation of Zhangzhou Cultural and Creative Industry visiting Taiwan held the Hangzhou-Taiwan Cultural and Creative Industry Exchange Meeting on the afternoon of March 28. Weng Weijun, member of the standing committee of CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Head of the Publicity Department, and Li Yongping, President of Taipei Cultural Foundation, attended and addressed the meeting.

Huang Wanhua, Director of Cultural and Creative Industry Office in Taiwan, Cai Zhizhong, a famous cartoonist, and some officials from Hangzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Office and offices in some districts or counties also made presentations. Cultural and creative organizations and industrial parks from Hangzhou and Taiwan, namely Cultural and Creative Industry Office, Association of Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion and Office of Organizing Committee of Culture Expo in Hangzhou, and Creative Design Center, Asia-Pacific Association of Creative Design in Taiwan, signed contracts for project cooperation.

Present at the meeting were over 100 cultural and creative associations and enterprises in Taiwan, including Taipei Cultural Foundation, Taiwan Cultural and Creative Industry Office, and Taiwan Creative Design Center. Weng Weijun also met with Hong Xiuzhu, Vice Secretary-general of the Kuomintang Central Committee.
