In order to improve the service quality of public culture services, Zhejiang Museum of Natural History, in addition to its charged guided tour service, recently introduced a new service of free guided tours at fixed hours. This service will be offered at 10:15 in the morning and 14:30 in the afternoon, with each session lasting for 45 minutes. The museum tour guides will offer the services in various ways so as to better the audiences understanding of the exhibitions in the museum.
