On October 11th, Jiangyin made an agreement with Arendal, a city of Norway, on establishing sister city relationship. Zhu Minyang, the Secretary of Jiangyin Municipal Party Committee, Ji Jun, the member of Jingyin Municipal CPC Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor, Tyrrell Larson, the Mayor of Arendal and some other distinguished guests from Arendal attended the signing ceremony.
