Quicken the leadership of talents and drive the force of innovation

On the afternoon of December 4^th, Yang Weize, a member of Jiangsu Provincial CPC Standing Committee and Secretary of Wuxi Municipal Party Committee, came to Jiangyin for an inspection on its economic and social development. Yang Weize pointed out that during the "12^th Five-Year Plan", Jiangyin needed to make full use of its advantages on culture, industry and location, and treat the leadership of talents and the driving force of innovation as the ultimate strategy, to speed up strategic transformation and create new advantages in competition. City leaders of Wuxi Chen Zhenyi, Zhu Minyang, Jiang Hongliang, Xu Gang and Tan Xueming, and city leaders of Jiangyin Wang Xinan, Zhao Guoquan, Gao Pei and Sun Xiaohu attended the inspection.

On the inspection in Changjing Town, Yang Weize said that Jiangyin needed to make the most of its advantages to strengthen its competitiveness. As to Chengjing Town, its tourism resource needed to be further exploited in order to build Changjing Town into a town famous for its distinctive tourism, driving the economic development and making more benefits for its people.

Yang Weize came to the industrial park of new sensor with assets of RMB 10 billion in Jiangyin economic development zone afterwards. Yang Weizi said that Jiangyin needed to accelerate the pace of strategic transformation and create new advantages in competition. The key was to promote the leadership of talents and the driving force of innovation.

Various leading talents of technological innovation and undertaking needed to be imported. A "talent zone" needed to be built, and provide service to the talents with special system and policy in a special environment. Moreover, a cooperation platform needed to be built, taking enterprises as the mainstay, to push forward the construction of scientific financial system and the industrialization of scientific and technical achievements.
