Zoomlion is to build its eastern base in Jiangyin

On March 24th, led by Wang Xinan, Mayor of Jiangyin and Xue Liang, a member of Jiangyin Municipal CPC Standing Committee and Director of New Harbor City Management Committee, the Management Committee of New Harbor City and principals of Jiangyin Municipal Committee of Economy and Information and Huangtu Town visited Zoomlion of Changsha to have a discussion on their cooperative project.

After exchanges and discussion, Zoomlion reached an agreement with Jiangyin to build its eastern base in New Harbor City of Jiangyin with an investment of over RMB 10 billion. In the afternoon, the signing ceremony on the cooperative project was held.

Zoomlion is a leading enterprise on construction machinery and equipment manufacturing and one of the first group of innovation-oriented enterprises of China. In view of the trend towards global economic integration, Zoomlion classifies its products into a variety of branches including concrete machinery, mobile crane machinery, urban environmental protection machinery, construction hoisting machinery, road construction & maintenance machinery, infrastructure construction machinery, earth working machinery, specialized construction vehicles, hydraulic components & devices, construction machinery thin-slab covering, fire fighting equipment, and dedicated vehicles and axles. Zoomlion strives to build an international industrial group specializing in construction machinery and realizes its goal of over RMB 100 billion in annual revenue. The eastern base of Zoomlion in Jiangyin will engage in the manufacture of construction machinery, earth moving machinery and other machineries.

Wang Xinan said that Jiangyin has focused on transformational development by developing emerging industries and enhancing the development level to build an advanced manufacturing base, especially the base of machinery and equipment manufacturing. Zoomlion is a key cooperator of Jiangyin, for its large scale, strong management, high technology and rapid development. The cooperation between Jiangyin and Zoomlion will achieve a win-win result.
