Reporter knew from the 2011 Liuzhou Sports Organizing Meeting that Liuzhou is planning to organize a water carnival in 2011, as well as constructing Jinglan Water Sports Base, Luoman Sports Park and Shanshui Boats Club. It is reported Liuzhou was one of the Top 10 Sports Marketing Cities for its outstanding performance of holding a series of international water games.
It is alleged the focus of Liuzhou s sports will be on the water this year. Outstanding individuals and organizations from 2006-2010 were awarded during the meeting.
