Crispy Grass Carp: 2010 Zhongshan (Dongsheng) Food Festival opened at Yinxin Square of Dongsheng Town last morning.

In the opening ceremony, the town was awarded as 2010 resort of favorite delicacy in Shenzhen and Hong Kong people s eyes , the naming ceremony of Mascot designed by Ma Leshan, the world famous fingerprint designer, and the awarding ceremony of promotion of the culture of Dongsheng s crisped grass carp .
