Ocean Charm , the world s largest cruise ship has been completed recently in Finland and will sail for the first time in December. It is 361 meters long and 66 meters wide, with 72 meters higher than water and 225,000 tons displacement, and a total of 16 decks and 2,704 members of its staff.
It has not been tested by any storms, and passed a Danish bridge with merely 4 cm to the top from its shipyard to Florida.
