Franshion Properties Has Successfully Pre-sold No. 3 Office Building of Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal

(Hong Kong, 16 June 2009) Franshion Properties (China) Limited ( Franshion Properties or the Company , Stock Code: 00817) announces that the Company has successfully completed the pre-sale of No. 3 Office Building of Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal (the Project ). The signing ceremony of the sale has been held in Beijing.

Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal is a major commercial investment development property of Franshion Properties in Shanghai. It is also a key project in the Shanghai municipality. The Project is connected to the Shanghai International Shipping Service Center under construction by Franshion Properties from west to east.
