Yantai Wanhua Chairman Ding Jiansheng Awarded the 2009 HLHL Prize for Scientific and Technological Innovation

On November 10,2009, Mr. Ding Jiansheng, President of Wanhua Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Yantai Wanhua Polyurethanes Co., Ltd was awarded the 2009 HO LEUNG HO LEE Prize for Scientific and Technological innovation for his outstanding contribution to the development and industrialization of large-scale (200,000 t/a) MDI production technology in China.

The Ho Leung Ho Lee (HLHL) Foundation was established in 1994 by the generous donation of Mr. Ho Sin-Hang, Mr. Leung Kau-Kui, Mr. Ho Tim and Mr. Lee Guo-Wei. The purpose of the foundation is to promote Chinese science and technology and reward excellent Chinese scholars in scientific and medical fields.
