MCC Tower was completed and inspected for acceptance as scheduled on August 18, 2009.
As the highest building developed as of today by MCC Real Estate Co., Ltd. (MCC RE), the Tower is located besides the Sanyuan Bridge in Chaoyang District of Beijing and is entitled in the industry as the No. 1 Skyscraper at the Gateway of China. It will be utilized as the office premises of MCC Group. During the three-year construction period, the leaders of various levels and the relevant organizations extended great support to the project implementation, and thus ensured the smooth progressing of the construction works.
The fine management of MCC RE has enabled the project to obtained full recognition on the market. Since March 2009, a series of prizes have been granted for MCC Tower, for instance, the golden cups and certificates of Great Wall Cup for Beijing Municipal Structure Award and National Quality Engineering Award for Steel Structure in Beijing City. At present, preparation works has been undertaken for application of Luban Prize, the top prize in architecture of China.
