Recently, with the bidding price of RMB245 million, CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has won the bid of North Breakwater project of Changxing Island in Dalian. The breakwater is 4252m long and the contract period is 18 months. As the fundamental construction of Changxing Island, this project will improve working environment in Changxing Island Sea when completed.
