Recently, CCCC Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd. won the bid of Phrase I Dredging project of Changxing Island Channel (Section 2). The project is located in the south coast of Changxing Island, which is the north end of the mouth of Hulushan Bay. The project for channel is 3421m long, 181-402m wide and -14.90m deep. It is composed of channel dredging and cofferdam filling. The contract period is 174 days which will be completed at the end of 2007.
